The Towcho Company VAT Registration number is 795 0901 07
Customs & Excise have classified the Towcho as a child’s garment so VAT is zero-rated.
All other products include 17.5% VAT

Making a Payment

Price includes VAT, postage, packing and UK delivery

We accept the following credit/debit cards:

Place your order through the website
- select appropriate payment method
  - credit/debit card
  - trade order
- detail terms of agreement under "special delivery instructions"
- your order will show full UK price

The system will respond automatically to your specified invoice email address to confirm receipt of your order (quoting full UK price)

When we process your order, we will adjust the invoice, to take into account:
- added cost for delivery outside UK
- trade terms agreed

We will notify the new details to you by email, as appropriate:
- cost changes
- payment advice

Let us know by email if you have any further queries

We will wait for you to confirm your acceptance of the price before we charge your card or ship your order

When you have confirmed that you are happy with the order we will:
- charge your card in sterling
- ship the order
- email you a receipt

UK Delivery

There is no additional charge for postage and packing
VAT is zero
Orders will be despatched once payment has been accepted, and usually within two days
Your order will be delivered by second class post or next day by courier

Delivery Outside UK

Phone us on 01603 465126 to check delivery charges outside UK.

Delivery outside UK will be charged at cost
All charges will be made in sterling (GBP)

Delivery outside Europe will be 5-7 days from despatch

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Credit card details are not charged automatically - we check every order placed to minimise the possibility of fraud. If we have any doubts about the order we will contact you using the information you have supplied.

Privacy Policy
The Towcho Company do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy

In accordance with the law you can obtain a full refund on returns provided that:

return it at your own cost
within 7 working days after receipt
it arrives in perfect saleable condition
please retain a despatch record and forward a copy to us:

Faulty items will be replaced free of charge or full refund given.

If you order a colour combination which is out of stock, we will try to call you within 24 hours to discuss an alternative. If we are unable to contact you we will send a suggested alternative. Please feel free to request an exchange if you are not satisfied.
