Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is
placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach
our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Credit card details are not charged automatically - we check every order placed to minimise the possibility of fraud. If we have any doubts about the order we will contact you using the information you have supplied.
Privacy
Policy
The Towcho Company do not disclose buyers' information
to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track
of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item,
to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your
details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
In accordance with the law you can obtain a full refund on returns provided that:
- return it at your own cost
- within 7 working days after receipt
- it arrives in perfect saleable condition
- please retain a despatch record and forward a copy to us:

Please note: If the courier is persistently unable to deliver your order, the item is returned to our warehouse. Each delivery attempt is recorded and a card posted through the door. If the item is returned to the warehouse under these circumstances, we will be forced to charge you the initial despatch costs and the cost of the return - usually about £5 for one item.
Faulty items will be replaced free of charge or full refund given.

If you order a colour combination which is out of stock, we will try to call you within 24 hours to discuss an alternative. If we are unable to contact you we will send a suggested alternative. Please feel free to request an exchange if you are not satisfied.
